K. F. Lee with over 30 years of experience in construction, he has led the design and development of memorial parks and columbarium projects since joining Empyrean Group in 2020. He previously served as Managing Director at CMEC Builders, overseeing major hospital, residential, and industrial projects. His strength lies in innovative building methods and quality execution.

Peter Cheah a MBA degree holder, has established his own private practice known as Messrs. Peter Cheah & Co. on 9th March 1998 as a sole proprietorship firm. The firm had since grown into a partnership and he is currently the Managing Partner of the firm. Peter Cheah also has vast experience in corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions whilst heading the legal team at Low Yat Group of Companies and handling civil, commercial and corporate litigation matters including applications under the Companies Act 1965, winding up of companies, foreclosures proceedings, debt recovery, bankruptcy, probate & administration, land dealing and other corporate and commercial matters, etc.
Peter Cheah 拥有工商管理硕士文凭, 于1998年创办了Messers Peter Cheah & Co。 目前是律所的管理合伙人，也是恩报林集团的企业与法务总监。 他曾领导 Low Yat Group 旗下企业的法务并累积了许多企业兼并与收购的经验，也处理过各类型企业诉讼，包括资产清算、拍卖、资产追偿、破产程序、遗嘱及遗产分配、产权交易等各种法律事务。
